Made by hand, shipped from my home studio
Hi, I'm Tina-Marie! Every piece is made by hand in my home studio on Vancouver Island, in the Nanaimo area, and I pack every order myself. TinArtist is an online-only shop, so there's no storefront or walk-in boutique. It's just me, my beads and a very well-loved work table.

Where I ship
I ship within Canada only. At the moment I'm not able to ship to the United States or other countries. Thank you so much for understanding!

Every order is tracked
All orders go out with Canada Post with tracking. You'll get a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number, so you can follow your jewelry all the way to your door.

Shipping cost
Tracked shipping anywhere in Canada is $15. Faster tracked options may also be offered at checkout.

When your order ships
I usually ship within 1–3 business days. Delivery times depend on where you are and on Canada Post. Your estimate is shown at checkout and in your tracking.

Free local pickup in Nanaimo
Live nearby? Choose "Local pickup" at checkout and pay nothing for shipping. Once your order is ready, I'll email or text you to arrange a pickup day and time. Pickup is by arrangement only, since this is my home studio and not a store. You're also always welcome to say hi at one of my local markets.

Packaging
Your jewelry arrives in a padded mailer or a small box, wrapped so it travels safely.

If something goes wrong
All items are final sale. But if your order arrives damaged, or it isn't what you ordered, please email me at tinartist.shop@gmail.com as soon as you can (a photo helps!) and I'll do my best to make it right.
